Walk & Talk Home Purchase Consultation
In a time where competition over a property may force a buyer to waive the full home inspection, the walk and talk consultation is a good option for those who still want a general overview of a property's condition, so as not be completely blind to their purchase. A walk and talk consultation is considerably less formal than a home inspection .
The walk and talk consultation only covers the most pressing issues and are relatively brief and can be completed in an hour or less.
Where as, the home inspection provides a detailed report that outlines the property's condition and any issues found, the walk and talk consultation provides a verbal overview of the property's condition.
(A full home inspection is suggested after closing and can be provided at a discounted rate.)
